Role Description The Chartered Accountant Articleship Trainee will support audit, taxation, and consultancy assignments under the guidance of senior team members. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in statutory and internal audits, performing test checks, documenting audit findings, and helping evaluate internal controls and risk areas. The trainee will aid in preparing tax computations, supporting direct and indirect tax filings, maintaining working papers, and assisting with assessments and representations where required.



The role also involves supporting bookkeeping, financial reporting, and concurrent audits, preparing schedules, and contributing to management reports and process documentation. This is an internship role, based on-site in Ahmedabad, offering structured learning, exposure to diverse client engagements, and professional development within a disciplined, ethics-driven environment. Qualifications
• Candidates should be registered for Chartered Accountancy Articleship and eligible as per ICAI regulations.
• Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and direct and indirect tax concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools; familiarity with accounting and ERP software is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze financial data, prepare working papers, and document findings accurately and clearly.
• Good written and verbal communication skills to prepare reports, draft correspondence, and interact with clients professionally.
• Attention to detail, integrity, and a disciplined approach to meeting deadlines and maintaining confidentiality.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to structured work processes, and work collaboratively in a team-based workplace.
• Prior exposure through internships or projects in audit, taxation, or finance is beneficial but not mandatory.
