Role Description The Senior Vice President Strategy is a full time hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This position is responsible for shaping and driving HPIPL’s long-term strategic direction, including market expansion, product portfolio strategy, and digital transformation initiatives. Day-to-day activities include leading strategic planning cycles, conducting market and competitive analyses, evaluating new business opportunities, and collaborating closely with leadership across operations, finance, sales, and technology. The role involves developing data-driven strategic roadmaps, overseeing key strategic projects,



and ensuring alignment between corporate objectives and execution on the ground. The Senior Vice President Strategy will also represent HPIPL in high-level stakeholder interactions, including partners, clients, and industry bodies, to strengthen the company’s position in the smart infrastructure and mobility ecosystem. Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, assess market trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Expertise in Strategic Planning and Consulting, including experience developing and implementing long-term corporate strategies.
• Solid understanding of Finance, with the ability to evaluate investments, business cases, and P&L; impacts.
• Experience in Digital Strategy, particularly in applying technology to infrastructure, mobility, or related sectors.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategy, consulting, or corporate development, ideally within infrastructure, automotive, technology, or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, high-impact projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive and board levels.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA, or equivalent postgraduate qualification in business, finance, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with smart city initiatives, urban mobility, or automation technologies is an advantage.
