Job Description
Asrotex Group, is seeking a Officer/ Sr. Officer-Welfare to oversee employee welfare programs, ensure a safe and healthy work environment, and support workers’ rights and well-being in compliance with labor laws and company policies. Roles And Responsibilities
• Monitor and promote employee welfare and well-being programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace safety standards
• Address employee grievances related to welfare and working conditions
• Conduct awareness sessions on health, safety, and workers’ rights
• Coordinate with management and workers to improve working environment
• Support implementation of welfare-related policies and initiatives
• Maintain records of welfare activities and prepare related reports
• Liaise with government agencies, labor unions, and external stakeholders as needed
• Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and fostering positive employee relations
• Organize health camps, recreational activities, and employee support programs Academic Qualifications
• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduation in any discipline Others Requirements
