• Citrix L2 Support Engineer Offshore | 6 Positions | At least 3 required before 10 November 2026 Role purpose Provide day-to-day operational support for Citrix environments, including monitoring, incident resolution, user support, service requests, maintenance, and knowledge management. Experience L1: 2-4 years. L2: 4-7 years.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor Citrix infrastructure, sessions, published applications, and alerts. Resolve incidents and fulfil service requests within agreed service levels. Troubleshoot logon, application publishing, profile, printing, and connectivity issues. Manage user sessions and perform routine operational administration. Support patching, upgrades, maintenance, and approved changes. Create and update SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles.



Escalate complex issues with complete diagnostics and follow through to closure. Mandatory Skills and Knowledge Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Citrix Studio and Citrix Director Windows Server administration Active Directory and Group Policy DNS and DHCP fundamentals User profile and session troubleshooting ServiceNow or Jira ITIL incident, problem, request, and change management Core Competencies Customer-focused problem solving Explicit written and verbal communication Structured analysis and documentation Collaboration across technical and business teams Ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Relevant industry certifications may be considered alongside experience.
