Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing all financial operations and strategic financial planning at PInterview
- Management Consultant Coaching. The CFO will lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and capital planning to support sustainable growth of the online platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, maintaining internal controls, and overseeing compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The CFO will partner with the executive team on pricing strategies, investment decisions, and performance metrics,



while providing clear financial insights and recommendations. This role also includes building and guiding a finance function, optimizing financial systems and processes, and supporting fundraising and stakeholder communications as needed. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy.
• Expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, with experience preparing and analyzing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, develop insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Proven experience in senior finance or CFO roles within startups, technology, or online platform businesses is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, tax considerations, and financial compliance for international or distributed organizations.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate complex financial information clearly.
• Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, or MBA) are an advantage.
