Role Description The Senior User Interface Designer will lead the design of intuitive, visually engaging interfaces for PhysioPlus’s web and mobile products. This is a remote, contract role focused on translating product requirements and user needs into high-fidelity UI designs, design systems, and interactive prototypes. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product managers, UX designers, and developers to refine user flows, create layout and interaction patterns, and ensure consistency across the platform.



The Senior UI Designer will conduct design reviews, iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback, and maintain design documentation and assets for efficient handoff to engineering. The role also involves monitoring UI quality in implemented features, suggesting improvements, and contributing to the overall design vision and brand expression across the product suite. Qualifications
• Strong User Interface Design and Visual Design skills, with a portfolio demonstrating clean, modern, and accessible interfaces.
• Experience creating detailed Mockups and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Solid understanding of User Experience (UX) principles, including information architecture, interaction design, and usability best practices.
• Working knowledge of Front-End Development concepts (HTML, CSS, responsive design) to enable effective collaboration with engineering teams.
• Ability to build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides for scalable product development.
• Experience designing for healthcare or SaaS platforms is an advantage.
• Comfort working in a remote, cross-functional environment and managing multiple design initiatives in parallel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
