Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
• Work Mode: Work from office.
• Shift: US business hours (US night shift – India time).
• Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts to coordinate with US-based clients, campaigns and business operations.
• Weekly offs and shift timings will be communicated during the recruitment process.

Experience:
5–8 years Lemonpeak is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing professional who can drive customer acquisition, lead generation and revenue growth through paid advertising platforms. Responsibilities
• Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid media campaigns.
• Introduce, test and optimize new sources of leads.
• Develop conversion-focused advertising strategies.
• Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, CAC and ROAS.
• Manage campaign budgets and scaling strategies.




• Develop and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.
• Implement tracking, analytics and attribution.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences and landing pages.
• Work with the creative team to develop high-converting campaigns. Requirements
• 5–8 years of relevant performance marketing experience.
• Solid hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Native advertising experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and optimization skills.
• Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets.
• Ability to demonstrate actual campaign performance and results. Qualification: MBA in Marketing preferred. Other MBA graduates and qualified non-MBA candidates can apply. We are looking for someone who understands performance, conversions and business growth—not just campaign management.
