Role Description The Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer is a full-time role with remote work arrangement. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test frameworks to ensure the reliability and performance of web, mobile, and software solutions. The engineer will create and execute test plans and test cases, perform manual and automated testing, and collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to identify and resolve defects. Daily responsibilities include reviewing requirements and design documents, defining quality standards, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, monitoring test results, and providing clear reporting on product quality and risk.



The role also includes mentoring junior QA team members, promoting best practices in testing, and contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes and tooling. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Quality Assurance and Software Testing, with experience defining and implementing QA processes and standards.
• Hands-on experience creating, documenting, and maintaining Test Cases for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Proficiency in Manual Testing techniques, including exploratory testing, usability testing, and validation of complex business workflows.
• Expertise in QA Automation, including designing automation frameworks and scripting automated tests for web and mobile applications.
• Experience with test automation tools and languages (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, REST API testing tools, Java/Python/JavaScript).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into build and deployment processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a focus on root-cause analysis and defect prevention.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional agile teams and mentor other QA professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
