Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Hands-on experience testing microservices and distributed applications
• Experience with API, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Experience with contract testing between consumer and provider services
• Robust ETL and data-validation experience
• Ability to perform source-to-target data validation
• Good SQL and database-testing knowledge
• Ability to validate data transformations, mappings, completeness, and accuracy
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
• Ability to understand complex business workflows and system dependencies
• Experience coordinating with developers, architects,



data engineers, and business teams
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of testing activities
• Preferred Technical

Experience:
• Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI, or similar API-testing tools
• Pact or another contract-testing framework
• SQL and relational databases
• ETL and data-pipeline testing
• Kafka or event-driven integrations
• Application log analysis and defect triage
• Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar test and defect-management tools The candidate should be able to understand the overall domain and data flow, identify integration and contract risks, validate data across multiple systems, and clearly clearly communicate defects, risks, and testing status.
