Noida (On-site + Field) | Full-time ? ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month + Incentives + Travel Allowance About Pulse 360 Communications Pulse 360 Communications is a full-service advertising agency based in Delhi NCR. We work across outdoor hoardings, print, radio, TV and digital. For each campaign we choose the channels that best fit the audience and the budget. We handle the whole campaign, from media buying and creative coordination to clear performance reporting. We help brands and local businesses launch new stores, run promotions and stay visible across Delhi NCR. The Role We’re looking for a driven Sales Manager to grow our Out-of-Home (OOH) and Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising business. You’ll find new clients, meet them at their offices, understand their advertising needs and turn those needs into successful campaigns. What You’ll Do
• Find and approach new clients, including brands, retailers, local businesses and agencies
• Visit client offices regularly for meetings, presentations and closing deals
• Understand client goals and suggest the right OOH/DOOH media plans
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations and campaign pitches
• Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets




• Build long-term client relationships and win repeat business
• Work with internal teams to deliver campaigns smoothly
• Keep sales reports, client records and pipeline updates current
• Track market trends and competitor activity in Delhi NCR
• What We’re Looking For
• 3–6 years of experience in field sales, preferably in OOH/DOOH, media or advertising
• A proven record of meeting sales targets and bringing in new business
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Confidence in meeting clients face-to-face and building rapport
• Good knowledge of the Delhi NCR market
• Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR for client visits
• A self-starter who is target-driven and well organised
• A Bachelor’s degree; an MBA or marketing qualification is a plus Compensation & Perks
