Role Description The Back Office Executive role at TP is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves managing day-to-day back office operations, including data entry, record maintenance, documentation handling, and support for internal processes. The Back Office Executive will coordinate with front-office and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate information flow, timely reporting, and adherence to organizational standards. Responsibilities may include preparing reports, assisting with basic finance-related tasks, supporting sales documentation, and resolving internal queries.



The role requires strong attention to detail, consistent follow-through, and the ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment. Qualifications
• Robust Back Office Operations and Office Operations skills, with experience in data entry, documentation, and process coordination.
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and providing clear, accurate information.
• Basic understanding of Sales processes, including support for sales documentation and reporting.
• Foundational Finance skills, such as handling invoices, reconciliations, or basic financial records, are an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and ability to work with spreadsheets and databases.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad in a full-time, structured environment and meet deadlines consistently.
• Prior experience in back office or operations roles is preferred; experience in digital business services or BPO environments is a plus.
• Relevant educational background in business, commerce, or related fields is beneficial.
