Videographer & Video Content Creator — Mulswaad

Location:
Manali, Himachal Pradesh (on-site) Employment: Full time

Salary:
₹3–5 lakh per year, depending on experience and portfolio

About the role
Mulswaad is looking for a hands-on creator who can turn ideas into engaging, finished videos for our brand. You will own the process—from planning and shooting to editing and delivery. We are looking for someone who understands what makes content work: a strong opening, clear storytelling, good pacing, and the judgment to know what belongs in the final edit and what to leave out. What you will do
• Develop content ideas, scripts, shot lists, and shoot plans.
• Film products, people, behind-the-scenes stories, and brand content in and around Manali.
• Produce Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, product videos, and other social content.
• Handle camera setup, lighting, framing, and sound.
• Edit footage with colour correction, sound design, captions, music, and basic motion graphics.
• Deliver polished videos in the formats needed for each platform.
• Review audience response and use those insights to improve future content.

• Maintain an organised library of footage and project files. What we are looking for
• Previous practical experience creating and producing video content; brand, freelance, agency, or personal-channel work all count.
• A portfolio demonstrating both shooting and editing skills.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software.
• An understanding of hooks, viewer retention, storytelling, and platform-specific content.
• Ability to manage shoots independently, collaborate on feedback, and meet deadlines.
• Availability to work on-site in Manali, or willingness to relocate. Experience with food, lifestyle, product photography, or brand storytelling is a plus.
