Discovr AI is building AI-native technology to make it faster, more transparent and more measurable for brands. We work with leading enterprise brands across India and the US, and we are entering our next phase of growth. The opportunity We are preparing for an institutional fundraising round. We’re looking for a seasoned finance leader to build the financial foundation of that raise, working closely with our founders and our Finance Head. This is a hands-on engagement for someone who has been through investor due diligence and knows what it takes to close a round. Engagement structure
• 2–4 days per month at our Mumbai office, plus part-time remote support through the month
• Initial engagement of 3–6 months, extendable based on requirements What you’ll own
• Fundraising financial preparation: financial model,
investor data-book and data room
• Monthly MIS, financial projections and cash-flow forecasting
• Investor financial due diligence, from preparation to closure
• Reporting on gross billings, net revenue, gross margins and profitability
• Working with the Finance Head to strengthen reporting processes and financial controls
• Supporting the founders on fundraising financial strategy and investor queries What you bring
• 8–15+ years in finance leadership, strategic finance or transaction advisory
• Direct experience supporting institutional VC fundraising
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, due diligence, MIS and financial planning
• Comfort being hands-on while guiding an existing finance team
• Preferred: experience with technology-enabled businesses, marketplaces, SaaS or advertising Compensation: Monthly consulting retainer, based on experience and time commitment.
