Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales of SourceIO's IT services, Digital Marketing solutions and business software applications. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, making calls, nurturing prospects, presenting solutions and converting leads into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate current B2B business opportunities through LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, email, WhatsApp, cold calling and other channels.
• Promote and sell SourceIO's Digital Transformation, Website Development, Software Development and Digital Marketing services.
• Drive sales and marketing of SourceIO products, including LeadBox and Easy Ordering System.
• Research target industries and identify potential companies, decision-makers and business opportunities.
• Make outbound calls, connect with prospects and understand their business requirements.
• Nurture leads through regular calls, emails, WhatsApp messages and follow-ups.
• Schedule client meetings, present solutions, conduct product demos and prepare proposals.
• Follow up with interested prospects, handle initial queries and convert leads into customers.
• Maintain and update lead information,



sales pipeline and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal technical and digital marketing teams for proposals, demonstrations and client requirements.
• Achieve monthly lead generation, client meeting and sales targets. Mandatory Experience & SkillsPlease apply only if you meet the following

requirements:
• Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience in B2B Sales / Business Development in the IT industry.
• Experience selling IT services such as Website Development, Software Development, Digital Transformation or Digital Marketing Services.
• Experience in selling SaaS products, CRM, ERP or other business software applications will be an added advantage.
• Practical experience in lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, lead nurturing, client follow-ups and deal closure.
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io or similar prospecting tools for identifying and reaching potential clients.
• Good understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to independently manage leads from initial contact to conversion.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and convincing skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of working independently. Preferred Candidate BackgroundCandidates with experience in any of the following areas will be preferred:
