- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of end-to-end Workday integration solutions.

- Define integration frameworks, standards, governance, and best practices for enterprise deployments.

- Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Design real-time, event-driven, batch, and API-based integrations between Workday and external systems.

- Develop and maintain Workday integrations using: Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, Workday Extend integrations, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs) and Workday Messaging and Event Framework.

- Build complex inbound and outbound interfaces for employee, payroll, perks, recruiting, talent, learning, and finance data exchanges.

- Develop reusable integration components and accelerators and Implement secure file transfers, API management, web services, and message-based integrations.

- Lead unit, system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities and develop test strategies, test cases, and integration validation frameworks.

- Support Workday bi-annual releases by performing impact assessments and remediation activities and manage deployment processes across tenant environments.





- Provide Level 3 support for integration issues and critical production incidents and Monitor integration performance and proactively address failures and bottlenecks.

- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for problem incidents/tickets.

- Expertise in Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST), Workday Extend, Workday Messaging Framework, Report-as-a-Service (RaaS), Calculated Fields and Workday Business Process Framework

- 5+ years of enterprise integration experience and 5+ years of hands-on Workday integration development and architecture experience.
