Job Description: MIS Analyst / Business Analyst

Experience: 2+ Years
Age Criteria: Up to 32 Years
CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA Fixed + Variable

Location—Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and generate actionable business insights.

- Create and automate reports using Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and Python.

- Maintain data accuracy, perform data cleaning, and ensure timely reporting.

- Design interactive dashboards and visualizations using Looker Studio.

- Handle ad hoc reporting requirements and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an MIS analyst, business analyst, or reporting analyst.

- Advanced MS Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP,



Power Query, advanced formulas, and dashboards.

- Google Sheets: Advanced formulas, data management, and reporting automation.

- Python: Basic to intermediate knowledge of data analysis, cleaning, and automation.

- Looker Studio: Dashboard creation and data visualization.

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to handle large datasets (10K–1M+ records).
