Our practitioners will be able to maintain the specialization they have built to date in certain areas while also learning how it connects to broader issues in the market.

We will continue to help our people deliver world-class services, innovate on new solutions and products, and prepare them to address our clients' most difficult challenges in the market.

Additional Responsibilities:

Participate in selection of new technology platforms

Assist with architecture and design of new products





Responsible for writing all or partial components of a product or platform suite in partnership with product management, developers, and other business stakeholders

Contribute to functional specifications; writing and technical documentation

Practice and be part of the agile development process and methodologies

Share engineering on-call rotation responsibilities

Be flexible to address multiple and changing priorities common in startup size companies

The key skills required are as follows:

Required:

Experience with designing & building large scale consumer facing / enterprise web systems

Strong OOPS concepts (abstraction, encapsulation, inheritance, and polymorphism)

1 to 5 years of hands-on experience on Java, Spring, Spring-Boot, Bootstrap

Good working exposure to relational databases like Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL

Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues

Knowledge of Agile and development tools (GIT, SVN, Confluence/Jira/Wiki)

Strong sense of ownership, passion for technology and software best practices

Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical teams (Product Managers, Developers, QA, Dev Ops, UI/UX)

Excellent written communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

Qualification: B.E/B. Tech/MCA/MSC/MS

Preferred:

Experience working with Bootstrap, Java Script, jQuery & HTML

Knowledge of CI-CD and Dev Ops

Awareness of accessibility standards and SEO
