Roles & Responsibilities

1. Work with the product development team in architecture, designing, implementing, and delivering solutions to clients.

2. Responsible for Solution Architecture/ Technical architecture, CI/ CD and ENG/ Coding best practices.

3. Stay up to date on the latest technologies, trends and passion to integrate them in the product.

4. Ensure that projects are delivered in line with Agile process and methodologies and maintain a predictable forecast for minimum 6 months.

5. Participate in overall project management, time estimation, and resource scheduling.

6. Prepare weekly/monthly project status reports.

7. Effectively communicate project status, updates, and issues to senior management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

8. Prepare estimations on time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully Implement projects; develop the project plan incorporating all project variables

9. Assist the development team to build the technical solutions, resolve the issues through analysis and recommending current business models, workflows, or innovative solutions.

10. Lead the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to design, prototyping, development, testing, and deployment.

11. Building a high-quality product development team and continue to drive to scale up.

12. Closely work with Account managers, Architects, Quality Leads, and other stakeholders to understand the product needs and develop features to meet those needs.

13. Team management, defining goals, tracking,



and following up along with mentoring the directs.

14. Identify potential risks and address issues in product development and create strategies to mitigate them.

Ideal Candidate

1Strong Technical Project Manager Profile with hands-on technical depth and end-to-end software delivery leadership

2Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 10+ years total experience in software/technology delivery, including 5+ years as a Technical Project Manager

3Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have led end-to-end software projects from ideation through design, development, testing and deployment

4Mandatory (Tech skill 1): Must have technical depth in solution/technical architecture, CI/CD and engineering/coding best practices, able to guide the development team on building technical solutions

5Mandatory (Skill 1): Must have run Agile delivery with a predictable 6-month forecast, including project management, time estimation, resource scheduling and project planning

6Mandatory (Skill 2): Must prepare weekly/monthly status reports and communicate project status, updates and issues to senior management, stakeholders and cross-functional teams

7Mandatory (Skill 3): Must have team management experience (defining goals, tracking, mentoring directs) and have built/scaled high-quality product development teams

8Mandatory (Skill 4): Must identify risks and dependencies and create mitigation strategies, working closely with Account Managers, Architects and Quality Leads

9Mandatory (Communication): Must have strong written and oral communication, able to advise senior executives and act as a trusted advisor, and work independently with minimal supervision
