OTC Lead Associate / Analyst

Purpose: Recruit high-quality candidates aligned to the SGFA/APAC Success Profile.

Job Summary

Responsible for delivering Order to Cash operations while ensuring compliance, accuracy, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Eligibility

Education: Graduate in Commerce

Experience: 2-5 years

Experience Collections and Cash Application

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex OTC exceptions and escalations

• Analyze ageing, disputes and reconciliation issues

• Support client communication and reporting

• Drive process improvement initiatives

• Coach junior team members

a) Experienced in issue identification and resolution in the defined tasks pertaining to order to cash process

Collectors:

a) Voice calling

b) Dispute Management

c) Customers account Reconciliation Cash Applicators

a) Cash Application

b) Account reconciliation

c) Dispute Management

d) Voice Calling (mandatory)

e) Dr and Cr clarity

f) Equipped with accounting knowledgeg) SAP/ s4 Hana experience mandatory

h) Prior experience in Mozart is required

Qualifications

B. Com/ M.com/ MBA
