Job Description: City Sales Head – Advertising & Media Sales

Experience: 6–8 Years
Age Criteria: Up to 32 Years
CTC:₹20 LPA Fixed + Variable
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Off)

Role & Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage the city-level sales team to achieve revenue targets.

- Drive advertising sales and brand partnerships with regional and hyperlocal businesses.

- Identify new business opportunities across F&B;, retail, healthcare, fitness, education, beauty, and other sectors.

- Monetize digital and on-ground advertising platforms through strategic brand partnerships.

- Manage key client relationships, negotiate deals, and drive repeat business.

- Oversee advertising campaigns, ensuring timely execution and achievement of client objectives.

- Develop city-level sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.





Mandatory Requirements:

- 6–8 years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, or ad agencies.

- Minimum 4 years of team management experience in a sales leadership role.

- Strong expertise in revenue generation, sales strategy, and target achievement.

- Proven track record of closing advertising deals and managing brand partnerships.

- Solid local advertiser and agency network.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
