Role :

Java Backend Sr Developer

Description:

- Strong experience in API design, problem-solving, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with cryptography concepts and considerations.
- Hands-on experience with Java and Spring development, as well as CI/CD and Release Engineering practices.
- Strong mentoring skills with the ability to help junior engineers resolve technical issues and challenges.
- Knowledge of cloud-native solutions, containers, and microservices.
- Experience building Fin Tech solutions with a strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and 12-factor application principles.
- Experience as a full-stack developer with strong understanding of backend technologies (Java, Spring ecosystem) and frontend technologies (Angular, Java Script).
- Ability to collaborate closely with Architects and Product teams to shape the technical roadmap and product vision.




- Proven experience leading technical initiatives across multiple teams and influencing architectural and engineering decisions without direct managerial authority.
- Good understanding of Agile and Protected frameworks, with the ability to guide teams in planning and prioritizing stories and features during iterations and releases.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, or similar) to accelerate software development, testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
- Understanding of AI/LLM concepts, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices, with the ability to identify and drive practical use cases within the software development lifecycle.
- Experience evaluating and integrating AI-powered developer productivity solutions
