- Responsibility to ensure quality products as per requirements
- Reduce generation of defects during production
- Participate & support in Open eyes and Kaizen activities.
- To ensure the quality of product during in-process
- Responsible for the timely movement of the material through SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products)
- Responsible for the verification of the actions initiated in-Process
- Responsible for the containment actions
Qualifications:
- Full time Diploma in Engineering - Mechanical
- Train the operators and inspectors in case of customer complaints
- Knowledge of the instruments use and handling
- Responsible for the First Piece Inspection (FPI) and Last Piece Inspection (LPI), Patrolling Inspection
- Knowledge of the manufacturing process and able to read Engineering Drawing
- Basic computer knowledge and well Versed with MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) - Able to operate and data entry related to manufacturing
- Should have positive communication and written skills
