Lead the team for more than 3+ years and should have 10 + experience in network security

More than 5 years hands on experience in Palo Alto firewall and Panorama, should be a SME
Good Knowledge on ITIL process like change & incident management
Prior experience in handling p1 and Major incident along with RCA .
Desirable knowledge on certificate authority, MFA, Radius and AAA & endpoint security
Good knowledge on routing, switching, Routing protocols like BGP & OSPF etc.
Positive experience in creating SOP, SMTD, Technical documents.
Good experience in Co-ordination with vendor for technical and non-technical issue
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively troubleshoot complex issues.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities for collaborating with different teams.
