Job Description:

- Deploy global SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Manufacturing templates across countries and business units, conducting fit-gap workshops and evaluating localization requirements against global standards.

- Configure and support demand management, Sales and Operations Planning, MRP, production orders, process orders, capacity planning, shop-floor control, repetitive manufacturing, batch management, and production execution.

- Design and maintain production-planning master data and parameters, including BOMs, routings, work centers, production versions, scheduling parameters, scheduling profiles, and MRP settings.

- Design and validate end-to-end integration between SAP PP and SD, MM, QM, EWM/WM, and FI/CO across planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, quality, costing, and order-fulfilment processes.

- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, and SIT, UAT,



and regression-test scenarios; lead defect analysis and support resolution through deployment readiness.

- Participate in mock cutover, production cutover, go-live, and hypercare while coordinating with global process owners, local business teams, cross-functional SAP teams, and manufacturing stakeholders.

- Required experience: 6+ years of relevant SAP PP experience, including hands-on SAP S/4HANA configuration and participation in at least one implementation or rollout.

- The consultant should have robust knowledge of discrete manufacturing and practical exposure to repetitive manufacturing.

- The role requires working from the Mumbai office under the applicable working arrangement.
