Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to serve as the Workday Financials Customer Accounts Support specialist within the energetic IT Services sector. This pivotal role is designed to ensure the seamless operation of financial modules, with a specific focus on customer account management and accounts receivable processes. The ideal candidate will act as a critical liaison for technical and functional support, driving stability and efficiency in production environments while managing complex integrations and system migrations.
Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate data migration initiatives and provide comprehensive support for integration processes, including the execution of Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs).

- Oversee incident management protocols to promptly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues affecting the Workday Financials ecosystem.

- Conduct rigorous testing procedures to validate system functionality, data integrity, and the successful deployment of updates or configurations.





- Deliver ongoing production support to maintain system availability and performance for critical financial operations.

- Manage and optimize workflows related to customer accounts and accounts receivable (AR) to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

RequirementsRequirements:

- Experience: A robust background of 4 to 8 years in relevant technical or functional roles within the IT Services industry.

- Technical Proficiency: Proven expertise in Workday Financials, specifically regarding Customer Accounts and Accounts Receivable modules.

- Integration Skills: Strong capability in handling EIBs, system integrations, and data migration activities.

- Operational Excellence: Demonstrated experience in incident management, production support, and comprehensive system testing.

- Compensation: Competitive salary package aligned with market standards, offering up to ₹32 LPA.
