Role: Senior Backend Developer (Node.js)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end development and delivery of client projects.
- Design scalable backend systems using asynchronous processing, Redis caching, queues, and real-time communication.
- Build and manage complex API and third-party integrations.
- Ensure production reliability, performance, security, and code quality.
- Lead client discussions, technical planning, estimations, and project delivery.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications

- 5-7 years of backend/full-stack development experience, preferably in a Senior or Lead role.
- Strong expertise in Node.js, Type Script, and Express.js.
- Production experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
- Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ, BullMQ, Kafka, or AWS SQS.
- Knowledge of Web Sockets, Pub/Sub, REST APIs, and scalable SaaS architecture.
- Experience with AWS/GCP, Docker, and production deployments.
- Strong technical leadership, client communication, and problem-solving skills.





Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI.
- Familiarity with Lang Chain, Lang Graph, vector databases, and voice AI platforms.
- Knowledge of React.js/Next.js, Kubernetes, Terraform, and MCP servers.
- Experience building production-grade AI-powered SaaS applications.
