Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Rajendra Place.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished video content for marketing, branding, and thought leadership initiatives, ensuring alignment with IndusTreeBiz’s strategic messaging. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and cutting footage, applying transitions and effects, performing basic color grading, and integrating motion graphics and static graphics as needed.



The role involves collaborating with marketing, content, and consulting teams to understand project objectives, maintaining brand consistency across video assets, and meeting production timelines.

The Video

Editor will also contribute creative ideas for storytelling, optimize videos for different platforms, and maintain an organized archive of media assets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing to manage end-to-end creation of high-quality video content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual consistency and overall aesthetic quality.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging visual elements and on-screen information.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is preferred.
- Robust sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to work within brand guidelines.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant education or certification in film, media, design, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in business or consulting-related content is a plus.
