Role Overview The Technical Lead shall function as the onsite Technical and Execution Lead, working closely with the resources deployed at the client location and serving as the key coordination point among the Department, CGG project teams, development teams, mobile/API/integration teams, infrastructure and security teams, and other stakeholders/third-party agencies, as applicable. The role requires strong experience in Agile project execution and .NET technologies, along with working knowledge of mobile and AI solution integration, application security, and software engineering standards.

The candidate shall have demonstrated experience in managing Agile/Scrum-based projects, preferably under a Time & Material (T&M;) engagement model, involving coordination across multiple technical and functional teams.

The Technical

Lead shall translate agreed requirements and priorities into sprint-wise plans and measurable deliverables, coordinate inter-team activities and dependencies, allocate and track tasks, monitor effort and resource utilization, and ensure timely delivery in accordance with approved technical, quality, security, and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Function as the onsite Technical and Execution Lead, responsible for day-to-day coordination, technical oversight, and timely delivery by the deployed project team.




- Translate Department priorities and approved requirements into weekly/fortnightly sprint plans and measurable deliverables; assign and track tasks, effort, and resource utilization under the Time & Material (T&M;) model.
- Lead daily stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, backlog and release reviews; monitor sprint commitments and proactively resolve or escalate risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and resource constraints.
- Act as the key coordination point across multiple functional and technical teams, including Department officials, CGG teams, development, mobile, API/integration, database, infrastructure, security, testing, and third-party teams, as applicable, to ensure alignment and timely resolution of inter-team dependencies.
- Provide technical leadership across .NET web applications, APIs, databases, and mobile solutions, including architecture, design, integrations, scalability, performance, and resolution of complex technical issues.
- Provide technical guidance for integration of AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.
- Ensure adherence to application security and secure coding practices, including RBAC, encryption, API/data security, VAPT, and timely remediation of security observations.
- Ensure compliance with approved SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Git/version control, testing, documentation, change management, CI/CD, and release-management processes.
- Ensure testing compliance, UAT readiness, production deployment, and post-deployment support,



ensuring traceability from requirements and sprint tasks through testing, delivery, and acceptance.
- Conduct periodic technical and delivery reviews, track action items to closure, and provide management with updates on progress, resource utilization, risks, dependencies, and corrective measures.

Educational Qualifications & Key Technical Competencies

Educational Qualification Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Essential Competencies

- Strong expertise in .NET, ASP.NET Core, C#, Web API, REST APIs, Microservices, and modern web application architecture.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, relational databases, database design, and query optimization.
- Working knowledge of mobile technologies, AI/GenAI solutions, cloud/on-premise deployments.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile/Scrum project execution, including Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, task allocation, deliverable tracking, resource utilization, and risk/dependency management.
- Experience in managing or leading projects under a Time & Material (T&M;) engagement model.
- Strong ability to coordinate across multiple functional and technical teams, manage inter-team dependencies, resolve bottlenecks, and drive deliverables to closure.
- Good understanding of application security, including OWASP, API Security, RBAC, encryption, VAPT, and secure coding practices.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, build, release, and deployment management.
- Valuable understanding of SDLC, testing, UAT, change/release management, documentation, and organizational quality processes.
- Exposure to CMMI/ISO quality standards and processes.
