- Maintain Health & Safety systems as per Saint-Gobain standards including Risk Assessments, SOP’S and Toolbox talks wherever appropriate
- Responsible for compliance with safety standards, guidelines and legislation and drive a safety culture to ensure safety in the work setting
- Should Understand Engineering drawings include PFDs, P&IDs;, Equipment General Layout Drawings, and Plant Layout Drawings
- Auto CAD basic knowledge
- Coordinate with technology providers and detailed engineering to resolve all technical issues for the breakdown and stoppage’s.
- Responsible for Preventive, Planned and Break down Maintenance Activities of Plant Equipment’s, Tools, Pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
- Hands on Experience in Maintenance of engineering equipment like Gear boxes, plumber blocks and Material Handling Equipment’s like Roller conveyor, Belt Conveyor, Screw Conveyors, Pneumatic system, plant Lubrication & Greasing standard identification and development.
- Experience in operation and regular Maintenance service of Dryers, Pumps, Compressors, Gear Boxes, Hydraulic systems , Dust collector ducts and Pipelines.




- Hands on Experience of Maintenance of pollution control equipment like: Dust Collector with Air purging system.
- Assessing need of equipment spare parts and ensuring relevant maintenance parts are sourced in a timely manner to minimize disruption
- Actively participate in development of processes to deliver best performance at cost competitiveness regard to Safety, Operation, Maintenance and Legal Compliance
- Maintenance of infrastructure as per regulatory requirement under safety and quality
- Leading Continuous Improvement of plant operation
- Key experience in implementation of maintenance strategies like CBM, SAP -PM, QPC,EWOs & MTTR/MTBF to enhance and sustain the Plant reliability.
- Practice and implement Reliability-based maintenance practices and continuous improvement processes (Kaizen)
- Perform breakdown analysis & implement corrective action.
- Lead a team of Mechanical Maintenance Technicians
- Responding immediately to machinery breakdowns
