We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in recruitment sourcing, hiring strategies and end-to-end recruitment processes.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing hiring requirements, identifying suitable talent, coordinating interviews and ensuring timely position closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement understanding to candidate joining.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals and professional networks.
- Conduct resume screening, initial interviews and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Manage candidate pipelines, follow-ups, offer negotiations and joining formalities.
- Handle multiple hiring requirements while maintaining recruitment quality and turnaround time.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring MIS reports.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Robust knowledge of recruitment sources, sourcing techniques and hiring strategies is mandatory.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and position closures.
- Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean searches and candidate database management.
- Strong interviewing, communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, recruitment trackers and ATS/CRM systems.
- Graduate in any discipline.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in corporate recruitment, recruitment consultancies or staffing firms.
- Strong sourcing network and demonstrated recruitment closures.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Comfortable working six days a week in a day shift.
