Who you are
You've worked inside a D2C food or FMCG brand at an early growth stage where the brand was still being defined and built, not just maintained. You've created content that actually moved product, not just content that looked good. You understand the difference between brand building and brand spending, and you've had to make that argument internally with limited budgets. Experience with manufacturing, sauce, condiment, or food categories is a strong plus.
