How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

As an MRO Buyer, you will be responsible for end-to-end procurement of maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) materials and indirect services supporting base station antennas, stores, distribution business units and plant operations.

The role manages purchase requisitions, RFQs, negotiations, purchase orders, supplier coordination and service contracts, with emphasis on availability, cost competitiveness, compliance and timely delivery.

You Will Make an Impact By:

- Managing day-to-day MRO and indirect purchase requirements for base station antennas, stores, distribution business units and other site functions.
- Sourcing plant maintenance spares, tools, consumables, equipment and external repair or maintenance services.
- Managing employee transportation agreements, renewals, quotations, pricing and service-provider coordination.
- Handling goods transportation and logistics service agreements, commercial negotiations and contract renewals.
- Processing purchase requisitions, obtaining competitive quotations, evaluating bids, negotiating terms and releasing POs on time.
- Coordinating with maintenance, operations, stores, EHS, finance and users to clarify specifications and priorities.
- Identifying and developing qualified local and alternate suppliers for materials and services and supporting supplier consolidation.
- Following up with vendors for delivery, service execution,



invoice resolution and urgent breakdown-related purchases.
- Tracking contract validity, supplier performance, delivery commitments, service levels and supply or service risks.
- Maintaining accurate supplier, pricing, PO and contract records in SAP and complying with indirect procurement SOPs.
- Supporting budget discipline and measurable savings through competitive sourcing, negotiations and process improvements.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in MRO / indirect purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Exposure to facilities services, employee transport, freight contracts and plant maintenance purchasing is preferred.
- Working knowledge of SAP ERP – MM Module, HANA or a comparable ERP purchasing system.
- Knowledge of MRO commodities like mechanical and electrical spares, tools, consumables and maintenance services.
- Ability to interpret purchase specifications, basic technical descriptions and vendor quotations.
- Understanding of RFQ, bid comparison, purchase order processing, delivery expediting and invoice coordination.
- Knowledge of service contracts,



transport agreements, renewals, commercial terms and service-level expectations.
- Awareness of supplier evaluation, alternate sourcing, procurement controls and documentation requirements.
- Sound commercial negotiation, price analysis and total-cost awareness.
