Role Description The Social Media Coordinator is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing and growing The Unbent Voice’s presence across social media platforms. This role involves planning and creating engaging social media content, including posts, stories, and short-form videos aligned with the organization’s mission and campaigns. The Coordinator will schedule content, monitor channels, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice.

Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with team members on digital campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, optimizing content strategies, and staying current with youth culture and social media trends.

Qualifications





- Strong Social Media Content Creation and Writing skills for youth-focused, mission-driven messaging.
- Experience with Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to grow audience engagement and reach.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with online communities and internal collaborators.
- Ability to plan and organize content calendars, manage multiple platforms, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., native platform insights, basic reporting) to track and improve performance.
- Demonstrated interest in youth engagement, social impact, or community-building initiatives.
- Comfort working independently in a remote workplace and collaborating virtually with a distributed team.
- Relevant education or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, media, or a related field is beneficial.

Yes, this one is paid. The stipend ranges from ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month, and we'll settle the exact figure together at the interview, based on your qualifications and the work you bring. You'll also receive a Letter of Recommendation from us.
