Job Title: Sales Manager – Europe Specialist

Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu (on-site)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Europe travel specialist to lead our Europe sales and manage a sales team. You'll handle high-value Europe enquiries, guide the team to hit targets, and build lasting customer relationships. If you know Europe inside out and love closing deals and developing people, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, train and motivate the Europe sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Handle high-value enquiries and close Europe holiday packages (Schengen, UK, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, and more)
- Design customised itineraries and quotes based on customer needs and budgets
- Negotiate with customers and suppliers to close deals profitably
- Coach the team on destination knowledge, pitching and objection handling
- Track team performance, conversions and pipeline, and report to management
- Build repeat business and referrals through strong customer relationships




- Stay updated on Europe travel trends, seasons, visa updates and competitor offerings

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the Europe travel market
- Proven experience handling and leading a sales team
- Thorough, in-depth knowledge of Europe destinations, routes, seasons and inclusions
- Strong sales, negotiation, convincing and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication skills (English and Tamil; Hindi is a plus)
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and develop people
- Target-driven, organised and comfortable with CRM and reporting
- Stable work history and a genuine intent to grow with the company long term

Valuable to Have

- Experience in a travel agency or DMC handling Europe FIT and group packages
- Existing network of repeat or corporate customers
- Knowledge of Europe visa processes

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
