We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in travel management to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional travel solutions and services to our clients, ensuring their journey is seamless and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of client travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Provide expert advice on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance options.
- Maintain and manage relationships with travel vendors, including airlines, hotels, and car rental services.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in travel regulations to provide informed recommendations.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and travel documentation for clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a travel agency or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in the travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in travel booking software and tools.
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience in corporate travel management.
- Fluency in additional languages.
- Certification in travel and tourism management.
Salary: 600000 - 900000 INR Per annum
