Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Tableau Developer / Project Lead with 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, SQL, and Analytics.

The candidate should have strong hands on expertise in Tableau and SQL, along with experience leading BI development initiatives, managing technical delivery, interacting with stakeholders, and mentoring BI developers.

Candidates with experience in Power BI and/or Oracle BI Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) will be preferred.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Leadership &

- Project Lead Responsibilities

- Lead a team of BI developers and provide technical guidance.
- Own end to end delivery of BI initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Define technical architecture and development approaches.
- Conduct design, code, SQL, and dashboard reviews.
- Estimate development effort and prepare delivery plans.
- Manage technical risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Coordinate with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, Architects, Project Managers, and business stakeholders.
- Mentor team members and establish BI development best practices.
- Ensure quality, performance, security, and maintainability of BI solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive sprint level technical delivery.
- Support production deployments and resolve critical technical issues.

Multi BI Platform Experience The candidate should ideally have exposure to multiple enterprise BI platforms. Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Key Technical Skills

Must Have

- 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics.
- Strong hands on experience in Tableau development.
- Strong expertise in SQL, including complex queries, CTEs, subqueries, analytical functions, stored procedures, and query optimization.
- Experience designing and developing enterprise level Tableau dashboards and reports.
- Strong understanding of: Tableau Desktop Tableau Server / Tableau Cloud Tableau Extracts LOD Expressions Parameters and Sets Calculated Fields Dashboard Actions Performance Optimization
- Strong understanding of data modeling and dimensional modeling.
- Experience working with large volume datasets.
- Experience in BI application development and production support.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Solid technical leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred / Good To Have Candidates with experience in one or more of the following will be preferred:
