Title: Senior Product Manager
Location: Mumbai (work from office, 5 days a week; Mumbai-based candidates only)
Reports to: Product management team
Compensation: ₹55–60L fixed CTC
Experience Required: 5–7 years of core product management

The Role
- We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the web and app products for user acquisition and retention.
- You will work closely with business and engineering teams, reporting to the product management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute retention and acquisition strategies for the mobile app using data-driven insights.
- Work with UX/UI designers and developers to improve user experience and engagement.
- Lead ideation, planning and execution of current app features that improve retention.
- Use analytics tools and customer feedback to monitor user behavior and propose solutions.
- Run A/B tests to optimize retention metrics.
- Communicate product initiatives and updates to cross-functional teams.
- Conduct competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
- Establish and monitor retention KPIs and analyze their success.
What We're Looking For
- Currently based in Mumbai and willing to work from office five days a week.
- 5–7 years of core product management on a consumer app.
- Owned a retention, engagement or repeat-purchase metric on a consumer product.
- Hands-on with experimentation and analytics tools.
- Some form of gamification experience.
- At least 2 years of recent experience at a startup or scale-up.
- Education: Tier-1 or Tier-2 college.
Must Haves:
- Category adjacency: D2C wellness, healthtech, subscription or replenishment products, or habit/routine apps.
- Experience with a human-in-the-loop support layer.
