Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Work Schedule & Location

- Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
- Work Mode: Work from office.
- Shift: US business hours (US night shift – India time).
- Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts to coordinate with US-based clients, campaigns and business operations.
- Weekly offs and shift timings will be communicated during the recruitment process.

Experience: 5–8 years

Lemonpeak is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing qualified who can drive customer acquisition, lead generation and revenue growth through paid advertising platforms.

Responsibilities

- Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid media campaigns.
- Introduce, test and optimize new sources of leads.
- Develop conversion-focused advertising strategies.
- Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, CAC and ROAS.
- Manage campaign budgets and scaling strategies.
- Develop and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.




- Implement tracking, analytics and attribution.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences and landing pages.
- Work with the creative team to develop high-converting campaigns.

Requirements

- 5–8 years of relevant performance marketing experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Native advertising experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and optimization skills.
- Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets.
- Ability to demonstrate actual campaign performance and results.

Qualification: MBA in Marketing preferred. Other MBA graduates and qualified non-MBA candidates can apply.
