Senior M365 / Intune Client Management Specialist

Experience: 5–10 Years

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent.

We are looking for an experienced M365 / Intune Specialist to manage Microsoft 365 services, endpoint management, device configurations and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online and OneDrive).
- Manage Microsoft Intune and endpoint devices.
- Configure device enrollment, compliance policies and security baselines.
- Manage Windows Autopilot and application deployment.
- Develop PowerShell scripts for automation.
- Support endpoint security, patch management and troubleshooting.
- Maintain technical documentation and platform standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and ITIL processes.

Required Skills




- 5–8 years of IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and M365.
- Knowledge of Entra ID, Conditional Access and MFA.
- Experience in endpoint and configuration management.
- Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting.
- Understanding of ITIL, Agile and modern workplace architecture.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications
- MD-102 – Endpoint Administrator Associate.
- Microsoft 365 / Azure certifications.
