About the role

As a Senior Lead Software Engineer, Agentic AI Platforms, you will lead the design and delivery of AI-powered engineering capabilities across the software development lifecycle. You will set architecture and technical patterns for coding agents, reusable libraries and automated workflows. You will guide cross-functional delivery and help teams adopt secure, reliable AI-assisted engineering practices.

Your key responsibilities

- Lead the architecture and delivery of agentic workflows across the software development lifecycle.
- Set technical patterns for coding agents, harnesses, reusable libraries and automated engineering workflows.
- Design secure Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and integration frameworks for enterprise tools and data.
- Define standards for evaluating, testing, monitoring and governing AI-generated software.
- Lead technical roadmaps, code and design reviews, complex troubleshooting and cross-functional delivery while mentoring engineers.

What you bring

Required qualifications

- Robust software engineering skills across application architecture, integration, testing and production operations.
- Advanced skills in Python, TypeScript or similar languages used for platform development.
- Experience leading complex software initiatives across multiple systems, teams and stakeholder groups.
- Experience building developer platforms, coding frameworks, automation systems or reusable libraries.
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, distributed systems, APIs, security and software reliability,



with the ability to set technical standards and influence decisions across teams.

Preferred qualifications

- Advanced experience with agentic programming, coding agents or large language model application architecture.
- Experience developing Model Context Protocol servers, tools, registries or governance patterns.
- Experience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, OpenCode, or evaluation, observability and safety controls for enterprise AI workflows.
