Position : Senior Engineer – Manufacturing Engineering

Qualification : BE– Mechanical

Experience : Min 6 to 8 years as ME in field of Connector Manufacturing

Location : Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, maintain, and improve current manufacturing processes, including equipment, documentation, training, gages and tooling / fixtures, to optimize quality, productivity and cost performance.
- Participate & Assist in the design, development of electromechanical equipment such as Connector SPM, Spot/laser welding machines, riveting machines & auxiliary ensuring adherence to project specifications & engineering standards.
- Manage & supervise the installation, commissioning & validation of current machines & equipment’s ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Determine equipment, tooling, and process parameters, conduct feasibility studies, and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency, yield, and product quality.
- Lead the design for manufacturability process, prepare process FMEAs, SOP’s, PFD , root cause analyses, plans facility,



equipment, and resource changes and initial product builds, and ensure that Manufacturing deliverables to Development Project Plans are completed and on time.
- Perform planning, development, facilitation of design and installation of high-volume Manufacturing equipment, systems and processes.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements & cost optimization in production process through engineering solutions & best practices.
- Mentor & guide junior technicians & trainees, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration & professional growth.
- Work closely with Maintenance, production & quality team on key issues to ensure integrated plant operations & project success.

Skills:

1. Experience in Connector Assembly process - Min 5 years

2. Knowledge of Stamping / Molding & Plating Process

3. Proficient in CADS Software – Solid works & Auto CAD

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
