We are seeking Senior Business Analysts (8+ Years Experience) to join our team in Pune. If you specialize in financial data modeling, reporting solutions, and driving process automation within Corporate Treasury or Asset Management, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview

- Role: Business Analyst (Corporate Treasury / Finance Data)
- Location: Pune (Hybrid: 3 Days Office / 2 Days Remote)
- Shift Timings: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST

Key Responsibilities

- Perform in-depth financial data analysis and provide actionable data modeling suggestions.
- Design and deliver intuitive visualizations and dashboards tailored for the Corporate Treasury organization.
- Identify key metrics and trends to drive data-informed business decisions.
- Ideate and implement creative solutions for process automation and modernization.
- Leverage modern technology platforms to streamline operations and shorten business cycle times.
- Facilitate and manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies and events across teams.




- Collaborate closely with global business stakeholders and technical execution teams to support monthly and quarterly business cycles.

Required Experience & Skills

- Experience: 8+ years of total experience, with a minimum of 5+ years dedicated to business reporting and analytical solutions.
- Domain Expertise: Strong exposure to Fintech, Asset Management, Equities Trading, Fixed Income Instruments, or Issuer Communication.
- Core Competencies: Corporate Treasury data analysis, data modeling, reporting tools/dashboards, process automation, and Scrum leadership.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional and global team members.
