We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and cost-related accounting activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of manufacturing accounts, GST, taxation, bank reconciliation, and financial controls.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

- Handle general ledger, journal entries, and finalization of accounts.

- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor/customer reconciliations.

- Prepare and review sales invoices, purchase bills, debit notes, and credit notes.

- Handle GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.

- Perform bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring.

- Monitor manufacturing expenses, overheads, and production-related costs.

- Assist in cost accounting, product costing, and inventory valuation.

- Reconcile raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods accounts.

- Coordinate with purchase, production, stores, and sales departments for accounting-related matters.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Support budgeting, financial analysis, and variance reporting.

- Coordinate with statutory auditors and internal auditors.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.





- Hands-on experience in manufacturing company accounts.

- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, and statutory compliance.

- Experience in finalization of accounts and financial reporting.

- Knowledge of cost accounting, product costing, and expense analysis.

- Understanding of inventory accounting – Raw Materials, WIP, and Finished Goods.

- Expertise in bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and vendor/customer reconciliation.

- Proficiency in Tally Prime / ERP / SAP / other accounting software.

- Advanced MS Excel skills and MIS reporting.
