We’re Hiring: Senior Accountant

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Employment Type: Full time, Permanent

Experience: Minimum 3 Years (UAE accounting experience is preferrable)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with practical experience in accounting operations, Tally ERP, GST, VAT, and TDS filing. The ideal candidate should have strong financial knowledge and the ability to manage day-to-day accounting activities efficiently while ensuring statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally ERP.
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including invoice processing, payment follow-ups, vendor payments, and customer collections.
- Prepare and file GST returns in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Handle VAT preparation and filing as per applicable tax regulations.
- Prepare and file TDS returns and ensure timely compliance.
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, vouchers, and receipts.
- Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile financial statements.
- Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants,



and relevant tax authorities as required.
- Monitor compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws, VAT regulations, and accounting standards.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and financial management in UAE is most preferrable.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP.
- Strong practical knowledge of GST filing, VAT filing, and TDS filing.
- Good understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
