Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2–3 Years

Industry: Jewellery

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage customer onboarding, KYC, and documentation.
- Handle quotations, sales orders, invoicing, and order tracking.
- Maintain customer-specific pricing and commercial data.
- Coordinate with production, quality, dispatch, and logistics teams.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate product certification and maintain related documentation.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, or Back Office Operations.
- Knowledge of jewellery business operations, preferably diamonds and gold.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and data accuracy.
