Bisani Legal is a Bengaluru law firm advising startups, MSMEs and established businesses on corporate, commercial, employment, IP and regulatory matters. We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive to grow our client base.
This role suits someone commercially sharp and comfortable with technology, who can take an objective, work out the steps and deliver without being walked through each one. You will work across Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Social, and you are expected to learn new tools on your own.
What you will do
- Identify prospective clients among corporates, startups and MSMEs, and the decision-makers within them.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking and referrals.
- Maintain every lead, follow-up and opportunity in Zoho CRM.
- Plan and run email campaigns in Zoho Campaigns.
- Coordinate social media content and distribution through Zoho Social.
- Work with the legal team to understand our services and present them accurately to prospects.
- Organise webinars,
events and business outreach.
- Prepare weekly pipeline and campaign performance reports.

Requirements
- B.Com preferred; BBA, BMS and other business graduates welcome.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience may apply.
- Clear written and spoken English.
- A valuable grasp of how businesses buy professional services.
- Comfort with cloud software, spreadsheets and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Ability to research a company and find the right contact.
- Ownership of targets, deadlines and follow-ups.
- Prior exposure to a CRM is useful but not required. The ability to learn one quickly is required.
