Job Overview

We are looking for self-motivated Sales Executives to join our client's growing sales team. The company designs and manufactures innovative smart switches and home automation products. The ideal candidate should have solid communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop a strong understanding of smart home automation products and technologies.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base across India.

- Handle incoming enquiries and convert qualified leads into sales.

- Conduct cold calls and generate leads through various channels.

- Build relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, distributors and dealers.

- Conduct virtual meetings, product demonstrations and presentations.

- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to close deals.





- Achieve assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth.

- Maintain sales records, customer databases and follow-up reports.

- Analyse customer feedback, sales performance and market opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development.

- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.

- Knowledge of Tamil or other regional languages is an added advantage.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in lead generation, cold calling and client relationship management.

- Ability to independently manage sales pipelines and achieve targets.

- Experience in electronics, electrical products, consumer technology, home automation or building materials is preferred.
