Role Description The Sales and Marketing Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for promoting Khanna Publishers’ catalog to educational institutions, distributors, and retail partners, and for driving sales growth in assigned territories. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, presenting product offerings, negotiating orders, coordinating with internal teams on stock and delivery, and maintaining accurate sales records.





The representative will also support marketing initiatives such as outreach campaigns, participation in educational events, and feedback collection from faculty and students to refine product positioning. The role involves continuous relationship building, market research, and periodic reporting on sales performance and opportunities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with institutions, partners, and end customers.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to achieve targets and execute promotional strategies.
- Candidates should possess Training capabilities to explain product features and support faculty, sales partners, and internal teams.
- Prior experience in publishing, education, or academic book sales is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, manage field visits, and maintain detailed documentation of activities.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
