Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. The specialist will identify and engage prospective clients, present WorkU.in’s services, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, maintaining relationships with existing customers, coordinating promotional campaigns, and supporting marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility.

The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with training and service offerings, tracking performance metrics,



and preparing reports on sales activities and market trends. The specialist will also provide customer support, gather feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales and marketing processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive business growth, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support client onboarding, product demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in services or staffing-related industries.
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and MS Office or similar productivity software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
