Job Description: Core Skills

Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) in Oracle Fusion Cloud environments

Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud business processes (Finance, HCM, SCM, Procurement, etc.)

Experience in designing, developing, and supporting:

OIC Integrations

App-Driven Orchestrations

Scheduled Integrations

File-Based Integrations

Proficiency in working with:

REST APIs

SOAP Web Services

Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud Adapters

FTP/SFTP Integrations

Experience with data mapping, transformations, and error handling in OIC

Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance

Fusion Analytics (valuable to have)

Experience working with:

XML, XSD, XSLT, JSON

Web Services and API integrations

Understanding of Fusion security concepts, roles, and data access controls

Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and enhancement delivery

Familiarity with migration and deployment across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments

Fusion App Extension:



Extend and customize Oracle Fusion SaaS pages (HCM, ERP, SCM) using VB Studio Page Modeler, dynamic forms, and Redwood-compliant UI components.

API & Integrations: Integrate VBS/VBCS applications with Oracle Fusion REST and SOAP APIs, as well as external services via Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Understanding of Redwood Design System guidelines for Oracle Cloud apps. [1, 2]

Preferred Skills

Oracle Fusion Financials, HCM, SCM, or Procurement functional knowledge

Experience with FBDI, HDL, HSDL, and Spreadsheet Loaders

Knowledge of Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS) and Oracle APEX

Experience with CI/CD and release management processes

Exposure to Oracle SaaS extensions and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
